The Wet One by Cliphair is a hairbrush that was specially designed to safely detangle wet hair extensions however it can absolutely still be used on dry hair and natural hair too! The gentle bristle technology glides over attachments and through knots with ease causing zero damage or pull to the hair or extensions. The handle is made with a special anti-slip material to prevent dropping the brush when its wet or covered in conditioner which makes tools very slippery.
There is a common misconception that brushing wet hair or wet hair extensions is damaging. The truth is, human hair becomes more fragile when its wet which has led to the belief that brushing it in this state could be harmful, however not brushing the hair after washing, especially if it is knotty, can cause matting once the hair is dry. As long as the correct hairbrush is used and the hair is brushed in the correct way, no damage should occur.
No. Hairbrushes with bobbles on the ends of the bristles should be avoided if using on hair extensions as these can often catch on the attachments and pull on the natural hair which can cause damage. The Wet One by Cliphair was specifically made to be safe to use on both natural hair and hair extensions.
Whether you’re brushing your own natural hair, Clip-Ins or permanent hair extensions you should stick to the same process when detangling. Always start from the ends, holding the hair securely above the knotty section and work your way up towards the top. This causes minimal tension to the scalp and hair to keep the hair safe throughout brushing which also applies to brushing wet hair. If the hair is severely knotty you may need to brush in sections or use a detangling spray to help.

The conditioner is lovely and thick and even on my hair having so much I only use around a 50p piece size which also makes this incredible value for money. The only thing I will say - and this is completely personal preference I do wish the Scent in these products was stronger it's got a beautiful coconut / shea type Scent to it but unfortunately after blow drying the Scent is gone from my hair (though it's clean so I can't complain!) That being said as that is my only criticism, I would repurchase this!
